Virtual Business Communications, LLC (“VBC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
provides the VBC: Digital Business Card & Networking Tool (the “App” or
“Service”) to help individuals and organizations connect, share, and
manage professional contact information.

We value your privacy and aim to follow the highest applicable privacy
principles while maintaining flexibility to innovate and monetize
responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share,
and protect information when you use our Service.

By using VBC, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide

Name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, website, and
other profile details.

Photos, logos, or images you upload for your profile or digital card
design.

Notes and reminders you create in the app.

Contact information you manually add.

B. Information from Device Access

Camera: For scanning paper business cards, QR codes, and adding profile
or logo images.

Photos: To upload images, logos, and custom branding elements.

Contacts: To save and update contact records in your iOS Contacts and to
import/export contacts from Outlook, Google, or other connected
accounts.

Location (if enabled): To offer location-based networking features.

Calendars: To create, view, or link meetings and follow-ups to calendar
events.

Reminders: To schedule follow-up alerts and tasks.

Microphone: We do not directly record audio, but your device’s native
microphone features (e.g., Apple’s voice-to-text) may be used if you
choose to input information that way.

Face ID / Touch ID: To enable secure biometric login, where supported by
your device.

Notifications: To alert you of follow-ups, new contact updates,
messages, or activity related to your network.

C. Mobile Opt-In Data

We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties or
affiliates for marketing or unrelated purposes. We only use mobile
opt-in data to deliver the services you have requested (such as SMS
notifications, push alerts, or contact syncing). We may share it with
service providers solely as needed to provide those services.

D. Linked Accounts

When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Outlook,
or others), we may collect profile information, contact lists, calendar
events, and other data made available per the permissions you grant.

E. Automatically Collected Data

Device type, operating system, IP address, and general usage patterns.

Interaction analytics, such as when your profile is viewed or your QR
codes are scanned.

Log data, crash reports, and performance metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

Enable contact sharing, including the ability to send and share others’
contact information from your account (you are responsible for ensuring
you have the right to share such data).

Allow data import/export to and from CRMs, Google, Outlook, and other
linked services.

Create, send, and manage reminders, follow-ups, and calendar events.

Authenticate your account using device-native biometric tools.

Send service updates, reminders, notifications, and promotions.

with required user consent) selling or licensing data in identifiable or
